He's not mentally ill. The two men were related and the families didn't know what to do. They felt sorry for the dude because it was an accident and his mind was already burdened by what he did to his own cousin.

I know that the families were trying to arrange something but in the meanwhile he was jailed. It's been a year and a 4 months since I saw them so I'm not sure about the outcome.

I totally disagree with you...look...for instance, say that a bakhti like Games kills my brother , a man who is well respected and who has two wife's and so many children and who has worked hard to own homes and businesses ..are you really telling me that I shouldn't take a revenge on Games millionaire brother ( money received through piracy but who has quadrupled his money through legitimate businesses)..I refuse to kill Games, I will kill his brother. To quench my thirst for retribution
