Wait! LJ, you banned him for reporting members/posts breaking the forum rules?

I remember back a year or so ago when there was a lot of blaming & finger-pointing among members (the most chaotic & breakdown days) on the forum, he said several times that mods were not banning people that broke forum rules constantly and were quick to ban others for trivial stuff. He was told to stop complaining and report individuals/threads he saw breaking the rules and you banned him for doing just that?
