Step three. 3 your fighting a biological war against your body, the most natural thing for you to do at your age is be balls deep inside a flower, but since you lack access to such luxuries you should stay be strategic in fighting your body, that means do not provoke a fight that you cannot win, in other words STAY AWAY from sources of arousal, images, sounds, touches etc these things can activate your body and 6 hours later you're defeated by your own body.
Step four. 4 Improve your will power, although it is difficult to fight your body, it is easier to fight your thought process and your actions before your body takes over, so when you get that feeling of wanting to get into what I call "freak mode" that is when you should say "NO" and fight, it is easier to win at the beginning by avoiding temptation then to give in to temptation and fight your body natural reaction.
Step five. 5 when you start to win, you will experience a vacuum in your life, fill it with fap anti-oxident, get into reading, be more social with family, become spiritual/religious, these things calm you down. But you need to have an outlet for your inner beast, Yin-Yang, so do sports, gym is a start, but I suggest competitive sports where you can activate the beast, shout and shit, like football is good for that.
