Osman That's true we have a vision. Plenty of Somali organizations do. Can we align our strategic plan with an action plan and get the ball rolling (without losing momentum). Implementation takes a while. Patience is a virtue and I think Somalis we have enough of it. YummyMummy – There is a natural inclination for individuals to generalize. It compartmentalizes information very neatly.
We understand these forums aren't a reflection of Somalis ‘on the whole’ (I hope) but others (outside our community)
