Fact I: African Americans made up 12% of America's population but also 60% of the prison population. Basically to keep their population growth under control, the solution has been to populate them in the prison system. Heck, even CIA was flooding drugs in black neighborhoods.

Fact II: Crack cocaine, sold in inner city neighborhoods , can get someone imprisoned for decades, whereas white cocaine in white neighborhoods was/is regraded as misdemeanor.

Fact III: Stand your ground laws - where racist bigot can shoot 16-year old kid, declare to be threatened by the victim, and majority white juries will acquit him from first degree murder charges.

Fact IV: Ferguson, MI where 70% of the population are AAs but do make-up less than 2% of that city's police force. If it is not apartheid, how else can it be described?
