The reason why somalis have low alcohol tolerance level is because our ancestors never used to drink them. Europeans have been daily drinking it for thousands of years ago, West Africans also have a history of drinking alcohol, somalis haven't so our body hasnt adapted to control its effects. Its a bit like how Somalis are lactose tolerant - the reason is that our ancestors have been drinking camelmilk for millennium whereas lactose intolerant people like the East Asians havent so their bodies cannot break down the lactose.
