If you don't know who Axmed Faarax are and the voting power they have in Togdheer then you've been sleeping for the last 10 years. In the 2012 local elections they gained 7seats in Togdheer, to put that into context it was equal to the seats won by the entire Habar Yoonis (7) and 2 more than the rest of HJ (5) in togdheer combined.

7 seats out of 21 seats are equivalent to 1/3 of the total seats, yet you can't relay in the local elections because of double voting.

As for the coming election double voting may not exist.

One third of the MP in Togdheer is equivalent to 5 MPs ( Number of MPs for Togdheer Region is 15 ).

If beelweynta Gaashanbuur Axmad Faarax get more than 3 MPs in the coming Somaliland parliamentary election, I'll never comment in Somaliland politics section. Look I am not expecting them to get 1/3. I even doubt they can get more than 1/5 (More than 3 MPs out of 15).

P.S. Horta waa maxay " Beelweynta Gaashanbuur " ? I never saw any sub-clan using it except Axmad Faraax.
