This school and many other ones like South High School in Minneapolis are known to have a Somali vs Blacks/Whites/
or other races segregation and violence at the school. They've had enough and I support them fully.

I support them defending themselves. Harming individuals cause of their homophobic attitude is returning the racism they face. They should understand how it feels to be demonized but no unfortunately they don't.

Of all the US states why did maryooleys congregate in MN? It's north and cold. Considering we came from hot environments you'd thing TX, FL, GA etc would be better to live? Is it cos the south is too redneck?
Also, what are the Somalis in San Diego like?

They cravitate towards MN because MN is the most generous state in terms of welfare..they are the Sweden of the States ..it's close to a socialist state...second biggest population in the states is Columbus ...why?...because columbus cost of living here is unheard of ..prime example ...2 bedroom apartment is $655...also Thees plenty of jobs around ..

Somalis are lazy northern states just like scandinavia countries are very liberal you rarely have to work while in the south states you to work to eat thats why somali bantu live in texas cause their use to working also somalis live in alot of southern states namely Texas, Arizona,GA and Tennessee

Minnesota has a generous social welfare system. In fact, most of the White Americans who live in Minnesota originate from Scandinavia and Germany, and they have some of the most generous and extensive welfare systems in the United States.
Plus, a lot of Lutheran Missionary groups worked with the US Federal Government to settle Somalis in Minnesota, where there were plenty of jobs as well as a social safety net. Minnesota is one of the most livable states in the country.

People over exaggerate the welfare argument as the reason why so many Somalis in MN. It's because Somalis move to areas that have a lot of Somalis. The first few Somalis who moved there probably found decent jobs, then invited their friends and family to come through, then word spread. Same reason why Arabs basically took over Dearborn...immigrants move to cities that have ppl from their country of origin

^^This pretty much. The first Somali refugees were settled in Minnesota by the government. They opened up mosques, halal stores and word spread so then others who came afterwards moved there. Same thing with Ohio.

every educated/succesful somali knows this.
the worst thing you can do your children if you want them to succeed is to make them live near other somalis. they'll only take them down a wrong path that the rest of them are heading on.

This statement cannot be completely dismissed but it's true for the most part.
