Well said.

If the person hired is a visible minority or women, you don't have a chance. Even if the person hired is cadaan and they have representative of minority groups and women in the team, your complaint won't have a chance. Don't push it too hard if you're not in a position to make a difference. Also, check the law in your state and see what it says about the hiring process. In the state that I am living in, it is employment-at-will. Therefore, employer can hire and fire whomever they want, and as long as they can demonstrate that they have minorities and women within the company and some of them in management, forget about it.
The federal law is only enforceable if it is clear cut discrimination such as someone using N-word, someone clearly denying employment or accommodation based on religious grounds, or if there is a financial loss after one's employment is wrongfully terminated.
If you think there is a discrimination taking place, you need to keep a journal and demonstrate that only if it goes to court or if you suffer retaliation. In the courts, the easiest case to prove is retaliation. The most difficult one to prove is race-based discrimination.

Women in position of power. They really suck at it. When I got to the "She" part, that was it. I knew it. I would rather be interviewed by a male honestly. This agency/company might sink.
