Gandi Library was my favorite spot whenever I visited Hargeisa however, the question is who own the land, Gandi family misa waa hanti Qaran?

Anyone who is from Hargeisa like Samatar Gandi family knows it is "Hanti Qaran". The next question is who is responsible of selling or confiscating any property, the President or Local government?

Maa waxaad rabtaan inu madaxweynaha real estate brooker noqdo? If anyone has problem with Gandi library land let him/her address his issue to the right channel instead of accusing the President sub clan of looting Hargeisa.

Anyone here who is fully aware of the issue kindly confirm me this news, I heard sheekada waxay ka dhalatay marki reer Samatar Gandi isku dayayn inay Maktabada/library-ga iibiyaan.
