Doofaar Ismaciil,

I've dismantled your lies on countless occasions but since you never learn, I'll dismantle them again.

There was no union between Somaliland and Somalia. The Act of Union was passed by the National Assembly of Somaliland (Majority Isaaq with 22 out of 30 seats) and it was signed by 4 delegates elected by that assembly, however Somalia did not sign the Act of Union on July 1 as agreed upon by the two states and therefore the bilateral treaty that would cement and legalize the union became invalid.

Secondly, there's no such thing as a Federal Somali republic. The Walaweyns reverted to their colonial name Somalia coined by the Italians (The Federal republic of Somalia) and so did we (The republic of Somaliland).

You haven't answered my question though.. Despite the absense of a legal union, the two countries merged indirectly because of the strong winds of nationalism blowing at that time. Nonetheless, Somalia and Somaliland were both constituent states of the same republic, who made Somalia the sole legitimate representative of the Somali republic?

I know you're mind is clouded by hatred but the fact remains that Somalia has no legal claims when it comes to Somaliland. Your crocodile tears about supporting Somalia against neighboring countries is ludicrous to say the least. The same Cabdullahi Yuusuf aka Beer Doofaar you worship, invited the Ethiopians in order to settle historical scores with Hawiye and he was the one who asked the AU for an African force that could ''pacify'' Somalia.

I see you're still regurgitating lies about Kalshaale.

Chased who? An armed Solomadow militia or 2 reer Nabad teenagers, welibana teenagers from reerkii beraagaha iska lahaa, guarding the berkas during Eid prayer?

If your Dhulbahante is as powerful as you claim , they would've buried the wells themselves, right?

However that wasn't the case and the berkas was buried by the SL government after compensating the reer Nabad family who owned those berkas. The vehicles used to demolish the berkas was brought in from the local council of Burco and your elders came from Buhoodle (not even the Kalshaale you claim they controlled) to see that the government of SL held its promise.

The government of Somaliland decided to deploy a peace keeping force, after the disputes over the wells were settled and it was this force the SSC militia attacked. It was Siilaanyo that stopped Jidhif from taking over Buhoodle just like Abdirahman Tuur stopped the 'Guutada 9' militia made up by easter HY that was about to molest you in Las Anus in the early 90's after they manhandled your people in Xudun, which brings me back to my earlier statement, it's always Isaaq politicians that protect your weak clan. You can lie and say that the SL army was supporting Solomadow in order to portray your weak clan as powerful but logically it doesn't even make sense. Why would Solomadow accept the payment of the government only to attack Dhulbahante?

This far 5 Dhulbahantes have been killed for the 3 teenagers killed two months ago, the last one was murdered outside Horufadhi a week ago. At his funeral your Dhulbahante people cried they would avenge his death but this far nothing has happened. The ball is in your court, our elders are quiet and they're waiting for a response that will legitimize a Solomadow siege of Buhoodle like in the late 80's and early 90's.

I believe Somaliland has shown the world that Somalia was not only a failed enterprise but that they're better off without it .
I also believe that in family { which we as somalis we are } , those who are getting by better than the rest should help .

Believe me I have the same tribal impulses as anyboody else , laakin { thanks in part to the respectable girls here in Snet that tend to keep us in check } everybody is going to have to take a kick in the pride if we wanna make this thing work . Just imagine for a minute if all the somalis in the world were waiting for you to give an answer on this  That's how everybody should approach it , not only talking like a sultan when its suits you , that's cowardice!

Considering how hostile the Isaac tribe, even the few here on Snet are to the Dhulbante clan, why shouldn't they not fight for self determination? Why should they form a country with a tribe who holds such deep resentments towards them? The saying we were colonised by the same empire, the British empire and therefore you cannot leave will not work today. It didn't work for the Sudan and it will in no way work for a country that doesn't even exist on paper.
