Yes really I agree with this. Somalia was already in a bad state by al-Shabaab ensure it remains in a permenant mess. In some ways ISIS are even more maniachal, and if they come then it could just make things so much worse. Thankfully I think Somalis are wise enough now to know that this kind of madness is not part of our culture or religion and offers us no solutions. Al-Shabab brought us nothing good, and neither would ISIS.
