So, if anybody wants to reach Erigavo, he have to go through CeelAfwyne, Xiis and Maydh.
Burao - Erigabo road will not go through Hais and Maydh. As far as I know it will go directly to Erigabo via Gar Adag and Eel Afweyn.

Mashallah Somalilanders and the government are doing good job.

They diffently made a map or a design for it but am not finding it anywhere.

I'm in Atlanta this weekend just to attend a fundraiser for the Burco-Ceerigabo Highway. There are four sections- Ina Af Madow to Garadag, Garadag to Ceel Afweyn, Ceel Afweyn to Ceerigabo. Don't listen to the haters. More than forty percent has been completed.

Ceerigaabo will expand in size in the next 10 to 15 years. A paved road coming from the west (burao-erigavo) and another paved road coming from the east (ceel dahir-erigavo), both going into ceerigaabo.

According to the latest input from Xiis,
It supposed to be close to this.

Horta have you been to Somaliland and why do you keep popping up with these stupid maps asking silly questions?

The original highway which starts from Burco going through Las Anood and south already exists. This new road will seperate at af madow and go towards Erigabo...

what is ceel daahir ? you think we are fools to allow such kind of road from the heart of our pintland enemies straight to erigabo. lool. warsans should invest road from erigabo it self to lasqoray or badhan, that will contribute sln army speed to the east in war situations. somaliland government will pay half or more of the project cost. if warsans try to assist enemy plans they will be kicked out of erigabo.

The paved road should be much higher than the ground where water would run off from the highway to the sides of the road. There should be ditches alongside the road as well where water follow is managed until it reaches the nearby riverbed that can carry it away from the paved road.

It is good effort and a good start, but it should also be probably planned, so in the next rainy season water won't cut the highway in half. The number 1 enemy of paved roads is water; therefore, water flow should be probably managed from the highway.

Civil engineers can correct me if what I stated is incorrect!
