I got from a Muslim hilib halaal store. I think if there are Muslim halal stores, you shouldn't be buying meat from Yehud koshers. That is my understanding. However, if there are no Muslim halal sores or food, that is when you eat or buy from Yehud kosher meat store. I eat meat but im not really a big fan, I eat bariis and qudaar or baasto and suugo that has more qudaar. It won't be hard for me to be a vegetarian if I decided.

I don't like that old Palestinian fella who runs Yasmin. He badmouths Somalis. I think he hates them because he used to be the only halal store in this area, and when the Somali influx started, Somalis' halal stores started popping up everywhere. He lost business and he started being a jerk and the only thing he could do is to badmouth Somalis. One day he started badmouthing Somalis in my presence, and I told him to shut up and stop crying like a b--- whose boyfriend left her in the cold. He talked about Ethiopians know how to handle Somalis, and I laughed at him, telling him how he has his butt whipped by Israelis. He did not like it and tried to change the subject. I left every thing that I was buying from him on his counter and told him to shove it in his arse. He saw me the other day and fully apologized. I go to the Somali halal stores in Banadir mall, Aaroon, the one at Global mall, and there is one owned by a Palestinian at the corner of 161 and Cleveland - the plaza where the USPost is located. This Palestinian store sells shawarma too, so I go there sometimes when I am hungry. My wife does the shopping and thinks that I just grab the meat and the chicken from the halal stores without checking them. She handles it when we need to buy meat. There is a Moroccan-owned halal store on the West side of Columbus too. This guy is very good and I took my mom to him whenever she needs to buy chicken and goat meat. He cooks good Moroccan dishes of rice and chicken grill, humus, with warm pita bread. While mom is buying the meat, I order that good food that he cooks and take it with me.

Sxb I live in the West side and I've found this very clean place that was recently opened at Hilliard-Rome road and Cemetery ....guys are very Maskiin and just want to survive..their stuff is decently priced and fresh ...the other day I got fresh kidneys for just $3..they also make fresh Pita bread ..and amazingly for 2 times in a row I ran into this same cute coca colla shaped Somali chick, I of course initiated some convo and I flirted with her ( I asked how one cooks the Kidneys) but I stopped myself from grabbing her number bc I don't want any dam headache ..I been caught too many times , too dam many times and each time it's a mayhem in the Menace residency ..but I will never stop flirting and checking out when that chick turns around
