secondly, you have to define what you mean by Caucasian features.
those so called features are native to the horn of Africa.as for the pics you posted, all i see is a bunch of bidaar infested kneegrows with light skin, again something completely native to Africa.
im not claiming shyt!
Sxb just leave me alone it looks like your not familiar of what im talking about
im not even speaking for my clan
my hawadle clan call us " cadcadka hawadle" they would salam me like "war haye cadcadka"
This doesnt mean im arab or whatever, its just about how we look like and its due to my reer having more admixture
This is different than claiming to come from arabia
No we are natives
I said these guys represent the average look
I have more caucasian looking people but I dont wanna post them in this place.

The new DNA crew and their love of Ethnic purity and sikiny supremacy are my favourite clan in this site.
I love these bunch as they are the opposite side of the same coin back home.
I just have one question to my pro-Samaale DNA crew?
How do you reconcile your ethnic purity of Somali Supremacy with your Islamic faith?
Why stereotype?
I for one do not believe in the superiority of one man over another in terms of ethnicity. The best among us are those that are upon the Deen whatever their ethnic identity.
I have repeated myself a zillion times, my interest in genetics is simply anthropological in nature. All I would like to find out is how clans are paternally related and to what extent they are confederations. I do not see the point in subscribing to Qabil X if there is not a bit of truth to it being a union based on common ancestral descent.
I am not one of the Lynch the Bantus brigade just because I have an interest in Somali genetics.

Go with 23andme or Familytree DNA. The only problem is that your data will be in their records and it can be discomforting to know that a piece of you could possibly be used for research purposes.
If you just want to discover your paternal haplogroup, I would stick with Ftdna, I think its cheaper depending on what you go for.
23andme is good if you want to discover about your autosomnal DNA and matches you with 'close' relatives.
The entire 'how pure am I' concept is bullshit, don't need a test to tell you we are mixed like most human beings if you go back far enough.
Nonetheless, it would be interesting to see whether you turn out to be T like your Habaryoonis cousins. HY's have been unique among the Isaaqs that have done the test in being overwhelmingly T.

Confirmed by science. We beat Somalis from Jigjiga, Mogadishu, and Garissa in Cushitic purity:

source data for the Garissa Somalis: http://biorxiv.org/content/early/2013/12/23/001552
source data for the Mogadishu Somalis: http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v517/n7534/full/nature13997.html
Above is not about lineage but ALL ancestry from every ancestor.
How many times am I going to explain to you what sufficient data and "control samples" are?
Those are premature and sloppy sources and your "the purest Somalis are from Puntland" is outright bullshit. The Pagani 2012 samples were 23 Somali refugees in Pakistan. How do you know that the anonymized highest levels belong to people from Puntland? And the others were Hawiye/Isaaq?
Anyhow, it can be reasonably predicted (not a established fact), for obvious reasons, that the Northern Dir tribes, alone or with Isaaq as Dir included, are the most pure Somali groups overall. Mind you, peak "Cushitic" Somali purity is located everywhere.
Long live the Somali race.

Sahal.i know exactly what you are on about and it is nonsense.
Caucasian looks and sawiro belong to 19th century pseudo scientific theories.

Look at the original Pagani study. They were sampled in Puntland. They are not from Pakistan. Additionally, I e-mailed the professor who wrote the study for further confirmation. You can do the same if you want to. Lastly, S01 in the spreadsheet at K8 is a confirmed Puntlander from the biodiversity forum and he has the highest percentage of the Cushitic cluster out of the participating Somalis in that admixture run. The participating Hawiyes and Isaaq have lower levels. Chinaman can confirm.
Just accept the inevitable: Puntlanders are the purest Somalis. It makes total sense from a geographic viewpoint.
The samples from Jigjiga, Garissa, and Mogadishu have far more outliers.

Thanks for your input sxb. Yeah that's a major reason why I want to take the test. It would determine whether or not Garxajis is a true lineage and not just a confedaracy. Have there been any HYs that have gotten e1b1, or have the results been consistent across the board among the various HY subclans?

In order to obtain conclusive results, an extensive academic study would need to be conducted bro or a large group of diverse HY individuals could theoretically test themselves.
No one I know has come across an e1b1b HY. However, I am sure an extensive study will yield anomalies.
