It was not organized by individuals but by the Ministry of Info and they are all Puntlanders. Your snapchatting friend was attending the event like everyone else in Garowe.

No she was one of the organizers , in fact she flew form Nairobi for that purpose alone. If the Ministry of Information hired her that's another thing i am not ready to argue .
