Just now I finished watching a Youtube BBC documentary about Richard Nixon, the 37th president of the USA, it is amazing to see democracy in America work so beautiful that a president--resigning, letting go a dream to be the leader of the world! I thank God for the republicans existing. I thank God for the democrats existing. And also the independents, they are all beautiful and valuable in a society!

A security agent was killed and two others injured after Al-Shabab militants in Somalia attacked a national intelligence agency compound in the Somali capital Mogadishu.

VOA reported Sunday that the raid on the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) base Sunday in Mogadishu started with a suicide car bombing. Somalia’s NISA reportedly  said in a statement "The attack was successfully thwarted by our forces. None of our buildings nor bases were entered."

However, according to VOA, media reports said attackers fought their way into the facility amid intense gunfire.Officials said at least three militants were killed in the assault. Authorities told VOA the suicide car bombing hit the "wrong target," striking the door of a residential building next to the compound.

I just don't undrestand this type of thinking , i see the same phenomenon when it comes to terrorist attacks , when they happen in the west , Muslim iyo gaalba are talking about it , posting FB statuses and tweets condemning it but when it happens in Muslims lands it doesn't matter and even Muslims don't seem to care.

It's like were sub-consciously programmed to devalue ourselves as humans and only see westerners as people of value, who have lives that matter and we are just the background extras. I'm sick of this , and it needs to change.
