Yes. He got the backing of Ethiopia no doubt.

He was a HAGist not sure if he made a uturn though. Out of all the cabdidates, he is the most suitable. I know it's a Sacad seat.

I am supporting Sheik Cabdi Xasan Cawale. I'd rather have him than Fiqi, Abdikarim Guled, and worst of all Ahmed Abdi Salam who is a Ethiopian agent. Ahmaed Abdisalam is simply using this race to raise his profile after being betrayed by HSM who reneged on his deal to make him the Ambassador to the US. Fiqi and Guled want to pawn the Presidency to gain more power and resources as Kingmakers in 2016.

Other reasons I support Awales candidacy because of he is a known quantity in the region: friend and foe know his abilities. Another is that he is a visionary who wants to salvage his legacy as a peace builder not a lord of war. His ambition is not to become a Mogadishu politician but to retire as a hero in the very place he rose to fame.

Most likely Ahmed Abdisalaam since Ethiopia and Kenya pretty much run Somalia. Ahmed Abdi Salaam and Cumar fatass are close friends , so he may work well with Puntland.

They are both Canadians.
