A visa extension for the bantu soldiers, an excuse and opportunity for jubaland to make themselves more comfortable and familiar on the cosy lap of Kenya, a slap on the face of the Somali men and women who believe they do not need African troops, and a set back for those who had plan to invest but might have a second thought.
