Some our citizens working for the EU office in hargeisa may loose their jobs. That's The only thing I am worried about. If we seriously need to have this so called american style "presidential system" we must be able to finance all our elections. I mean how come we can have a system that we can not afford to fund its elections completely? . in reality lack of funds is biggest reason of the extensions. We need to reform our political system completely changing some articles in our constitution. There must be only 1 or twin public election/s that we can fund Single handedly without any external help. A Homegrown Parliamentarian system (without local or guurti elections) is more affordable to run. we will elect only our MPs and the Party with the most MPs will have the president/prime minister, Second biggest party will have the speaker and other small parties will have coalition opportunities from time to time.
