Siyaad Barre left bigger legacy (both good and bad) than the rest combined
Siad Barre could change Somalia and Horn of Africa history forever but he was stopped by Warsaw Pact.
Can you imagine a Somalia controlling part of Kenya, Ogaden and Djibouti?
This will be a dangerous Somalia.
Siad Barre could realize the Greater Somalia dream but he failed before the communist world.
