How come that top house which supposedly cost more than a million dollars looks way worse than the 2nd one which cost alot less?

Is it because of its location or what. Because i wouldn't pay close to million for the first one.

Oh I see. When i was in London few years back, i was told most Somalis rent instead of buying a house, because its so freaking expensive.

They said an average house in London costs £500k, which is a Million dollars here.

I understand why 96% of all Somalis in UK don't own properties, because they are priced out.

that is true, london properties are so expensive both to buy and rent however outside london is ok. Birmingham is cheaper then london, a house like that doesnt cost more then 500k£
