That's actually a good question. But I expect these two-dollar saudi "shiekhs" to come up with a fatwa saying it is permissible. Just like it is permissible for rich saudis to hit Las Vegas and get drunk with strippers but god-forbid a poor foreign worker steals so much as a single apple. Unfortunately, just like the rest of the world, rich people and poor people are subjected to different standards of justice - the only difference is you won't get beheaded in most other places.

The Saudi judiciary system is flawed and always favours Males. In this story the sexual predator Fat penguin should be locked a length jail, but they are accusing the poor wife whom being cheated.
