Horta it's a known fact that Idi Amin had a sweetheart from B/Weyne during his old days when he was stationed there as an Askari. He would ask to visit the city from time to time when he visited Somalia so it's not surprising at all.
There really wouldn't be any physical distinction between the Somali and the rest of Southern Africa if our cultural bigotry didn't frustrate interrmarriage. There's no trace of Somali blood in that man.
Even if the mother was a qalanjo like the qalanjo herself in that video her somali genes are recessive so it is not surprising if offspring looks dominant on the dad's side. As itarah pointed look at iman's daughter
We still haven't seen how the sister looks like. May be she has some Somali genes, who knows. It is not very shocking if one looks like entirely like his dad's people.
