Using the airport or not that is besides the point. What right does Puntland have to block airplanes from Galmudug airports?

Wallah in qudaarta koonfur idinkaga timaada la idinka jari. Reer Puntland markaan alam tara waad soo dhaafteen!

As a business expert, we call this trade off value. The aircrafts will consider whether they can get enough business in Galmudug more than they get from Puntland. If the airline can generate more money by not landing in puntland, they will adhere to it. If Galmudug has no enough passengers for the airline, they will reject Galmudug and adhere to Puntland deal. This business odayaasha. No one can be loyal to an administration to loose revenue. The airlines are in for revenue and not to please administratin.

They are not blocking it perse. they are saying, Galmudug is a competitive business and their airport take revenue from us. So you either deal with our competitor or deal with us. Its all about How Galmudug can convince the airline that, they have enough business for it more than Puntland. Since so many airlines land in Puntland which competes for the little market, Galmudug can make star airline monopolize galmudug. That way, the airline will not loose revenue. waa sidaas. Galmudug can revoke airlines that land in AY airport from having offices in its territory to get passengers. So people will either have to walk all the way to north gaalkacyo to get a ticket or adhere to galmudug approved airline :o

Option number 2 For Galmudug.

Sub-contracts the airlines that come to cadaado so they will drop off people and pick them from Galmudug airport. The airline in Cadaado do not Operate in Puntland and do not care about their rules. The whole point comes down to revenues.

Abti, everyone is fighting for the little cake. Puntland will loose revenue if they let that airport exist and they will do everything they can to put it out of business. It might not sound right to you in a command man's mind , but it makes a lot of sense to me from business revenue generation stand point. Dee waa healthy competition not guns and wars. Puntland enjoys what we call in business monopoly and will not be happy for a competitor business to emerge and take over revenue :-O :-O

Can Galmudug promise a sustainable revenue for that airline or Not? I have cayr home boy from Minneapolis who operates a fleet in muqdisho. His name is Ciise Wiriiri ( Oday airways). He graduated from the same college as me and don't give a fock about politics. If Galmudug can show him revenue in numbers, he will set up a fleet in a second.

Ma fahmi kartiin adinka. They are not refusing but putting restrictions on the airline who do business with Galmudug. They won't go to galmudug airport and stop nothing.

Thanks Sumu. I'm calm now.

Halmog, I won't be surprised if planes landing in the main airport is threatened to be shot down.

Where is Cabdi Qeybdiid when you need him
