The two cases you mentioned above clearly constitute a war crime as defined in the 1962 Geneva Convention. It is incumbent upon us as global citizens to exercise our civic duties and make sure wherever wrongs have been done against fellow human beings we should bring to the attention of the relevant international body, the World court in this particular case. That is why I will personally write to the World Court in the Haig to look into this case and bring these criminals to justice for their share of Somali's bloody civil war back in the Nineties.
