Your husband has more rights to you than both your parent combined. If your husband tells you not to move and your father tells you to move, you have to obey your husband. Husband's authority over his wife is next to Allah's authority to her. After allah, she has to obey husband. Here is the test of whether you can disobey your husband or not.

Put it on Allah's right of power thing. If allah is ok with what the husband whats, you have no choice but to obey. If he tells you not pray salatul sunnah or sunnah fasting, you cannot.
