Horumar aka Baraxley is the only neighborhood Hawiye have in Galkacyo. Israac, Wadajir, Garsoor and New Garsoor are all in Puntland.
Even in Horumar many of the homes on the south side of jidka garoonka A/Y is owned by MJ, like oday Kamaludiin.

The guy is being wrongfully detained. According to the penal code of 1974 His immunity can only be wavered by the president, thus making his arrest illegal

if your referring to the governor he wasnt detained. Hes been sent to xamar by the elders in order to calm the situation...yeah we hope that he will be investigated bc this is what the people who r against him want. we could have done this in beledweyne but the point was to not let the govt prolong the crisis by keeping him in his office

Yes, best would be to investigate him but that can only be done once his immunity is wavered.. The former law processed 1962 says that the minister of justice can waver the immunity, however when Siad Barrie took office, he created a new law, which means governors, district commissioner, magistrate accountants and ministers immunity can only be wavered by the head of revolutionary supreme council ( Siad Barre). This means that this guy will and can only be investigated with the presidents authorization. And HSM doesn't want this guy to be investigated so it think this whole conspiracy is en route to a dead end

Your not a reer gaalkacyo, baraxleey is wadajir that's were "ceel baraxleey" was, look at the map, its 99% percent sacad, the fighting 2 days ago was happening in the northern portion of Garsoor, if bintland controls it, why are the 2 armies facing each other there? Hormur is the only xaafad that's relatively equal between us, the only place you are dominant is Israac.

Let me summarize for you the 4 xaafad in gaalkacyo

israac(dhabacyo), hormur(mixed), wadajir(baraxleey, sacad), garsoor (sacad, lealkase). You are a minority in the city that's the truth, despite all your propaganda's
