They tried the same in dhuusamareeb it didn't happen, I just spoken to residents both sides most families with kids evacuated, bintland ones left a day before, its only fighters left in the city, this happened because Gas refused reer-mahad ceasefire and didn't move their army, they are hell bent on placing an isbaaro in the city (this was last night), Amin Amir illustrated this perfectly, this a ploy by Gas to raise support, they are disintegrating from within, there revenues have dropped, they have become irrelevant in the political arena, their only source of income bosaaso port is threatened with one being built in hobyo, the Ethiopians signed a sweet deal with Guled and want hobyo port construction and use the road coming from Galmudug side rather bintland, the guys are desperate, this is there last throw of the dice.
Latest right now is that talks have resumed, situation is very tense, reer-mahads that live in the city threatening to pull their men out of the army, if gas doesn't obey odaayasha heshiishkooda
those cheer-leading from the comforts of their homes have no idea the kind of heavy weaponry both sides brought to the city and men, if it breaks out the whole of gaalakacyo will be destroyed, airports, hospitals, schools, houses, businesses, its funny how all the cheerleaders both sides don't even live in that city, 50.000 kids that currently go to school will drop the pen and pick up the gun.
