Garaad, as long as they keep it to Garsoor, there would be no issues. If they would have asked for permission than everything would have been ok, but they did not and that's how the dagaal started.

Useless war and false bravado form both sides. If I was Galmudug though, i wouldn't fall for the SFG tactics of turning Galmudug people against Puntland people. They have co-existed for decades without major fights.
