Try eating birth control pills, especially the ones called Yasmin 28.
I used to suffer from terrible pains but I stated to eat them around 17 and it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
After I had my first son, I never experienced it again, but before that, Yasmin28 was the best remedy.

I'm don't mess with birth control that have hormones in them I get hulk angry on them. I lost my mind on the implant :wow:

The reason why they are heavier and more painful is due to the birth control I have now.. Need to get around to remove it :lupe:

if you can Try weight gainer shakes, Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns, Eat Lots of Protein, Eat Lots of Carbs and bit of Fat, and Eat at Least 5 Times Per Day, Eat a Lot of Energy-Dense Foods, have lots of rest and sleeps.
