I know Dadoma is. But Dar es Salaam is financial hub.

This man has the qualities of a good president. I hope he makes Tanzania into a regional powerhouse so that dirty corrupt shithole Kikuyuland and oppressive backward Habeshia can stfu about being the most developed in East Africa
