I have to congratulate him as the second African leader who gave up his second term. Soldiers can't run countries and if they do, it's called a dictatorship. A certain type of diplomacy is required when running a country and its not one found in soldiers..
Ps, if you can find me a soldier who built a nation you might have a point. Until then don't insult a season diplomat by comparing him to soldiers..
