Your lucky she didn't have any older brothers at home.I heard in those days you couldn't even walk down the road with one' s own sister without getting under suspicion by the locals

I am confused you speak of yourself in the first, second and third person. Then you speak of yourself in the feminine and masculine.TheCadaanGuy wrote:A family of 4 visited us recently. Here's a story of what happened:
It don't matter to me if your male, female or both but could you be little more considerate in future, i take it ENGLISH is not your first language either.
Does the Dutch language not have distinction between feminine and masculine? or is that Danish?

And you think I haven't done anything to that boy after the first night? This thread is about inconsiderate family, not me.GAMES wrote:The reason i asked if you were Somali is, how the hell do u get bullied in Af Somali by 13yr.
I guess you missed this:SahanGalbeed wrote:Wow , don't get out of your room if she doesn't have her hijab on , go here , go there , too complicated . A lot of bs about nothing if you ask me

When the guests are visiting, I only leave the room when I need toilet, dinner, when mum asks me to do stuff, etc. I probably left the room less than 5 times a day during that time. Perfectly reasonable if you ask me.TheCadaanGuy wrote: I stay in my room like I usually do for most of the day.

I am not only one living in this house. When I say us, I mean our family. Anyway, I've read the post again and I can't find mistakes in that post you're talking about.
Dutch and Danish is a gendered language but Danish uses common and neuter gender rather than masculine and feminine.

How could you not speak a lick of af Somali? I can understand being raised in America or Europe and not being fluent (I also have trouble conversing in Somali) or being raised by non-Somali people but what do you speak to your parents?
Re: Why do some families have to be so inconsiderate?
A whole lot of judgement and correcting, zero sympathy lol How Somali of you guys!
Cadaanguy, I guess you don't know what cadaan means either. Lol ?
That mom is selfish and did not raise her children with much respect either. That's too bad.

I never believe when people say they can't speak somali. Imagine your mom and dad conversing in somali everyday, you gotta pick up something over the years unless your stupid.
Somali people think it's something to be proud of 'I can't speak somali'.
How can one not speak their own langauge. My 4 year old nephew speaks somali.

I speak different language.Unionist wrote:How could you not speak a lick of af Somali? I can understand being raised in America or Europe and not being fluent (I also have trouble conversing in Somali) or being raised by non-Somali people but what do you speak to your parents?
I know it sounds crazy but just accept it for now. The longer I speak about this topic, the higher chance of me being identified by somebody here.
It's one of those things you're likely to have met/saw at least once in your life but never really thought about it.
