  I just looked up ratatat ginger. Ninyow when I came here, we lived in this big ol building. This buddy and I...jaarkii ayaa khaatiyaan naga noqday. From one floor to the next, albaab aanaan garaaciin oonaan ka carariin muu jirin. We then graduated to pulling the fire alarms or calling random people from the phone book and having weird conversations with them (before the days of *69)
Wallahi we did that phone thing too randomly. Then we finally honed it and just kept it for "enemies" we deemed "cadow" which to us was ten steps up from enemy because it was said in Somali. We once found the address of this community cop that use to hassle us.So we would order pizza's,phone an ambulance, fire department and the odd emergency plumbing company. He finally put in for a transfer and the replaced him with a more mellow geezer. All in all six months worth of trolling paid off

What's toocsi? Is it a Somali word or?

I was more of a qunyadh-socod when I was young. I've had very few troubles, though sometimes I think to myself it might have been better if I was a trouble-maker in my youth, since people say young trouble-makers turn into gentlemen in adulthood. I am bracing myself now for my inner, missed-out childhood hooliganism to burst out any minute.

We definitely did the tying of islaamaha`s garbasaaro only to watch falling onto each other.

Most trouble i had taken part in was thanks to my brothers.

 The amount of mischief my sister and I got into...from taking scissors to our maids' kalasoons and shredding them to pieces to almost setting the house on fire (I got an unforgettable lesson for that one where my mom took lit matches and put them out onto my arms...still have the scars to show for it)

The amount of shenanigans my brothers and i got into.I feel horrible for my mum when i remember them.

The most dangerous and craziest was,I found medication ampules(little injectable vials). Just my little brother and i at home later in the day.I grabbed few and fed them into the burjiko full of flaming charcoal. The kitchen exploded. Our neighbours heard and came running. He almost loss an eye.

I was a very curious kid.

Cous, Walaahi it's a miracle I haven't "accidentally" killed anyone  There was this little french boy who lived next door to us with his family. His cooperant father suffered from depression and found solace in the bottle (he would later kill himself by slicing his wrists open) He and his wife would get into these shouting matches and the poor kid would hang around with me to escape the toxic environment. One day, while playing cowboy, I convinced him to let me pretend hang him...Waan ugaga rumeeyey...I put a noose (made from a tuumbo) on his neck...tied it to the muraaxada in the ceiling , had him stand on a chair and kicked it from under him...Lucky, the fan came down on him and he got off with just a hematoma.
