You have to weigh the optics when you're a politician . As an individual I understand he would have no second thoughts about bowing before the grave of the soldiers who are defending him against his enemy , al shabaab . As the president of all somalis though it's a different matter altogether . Therefore one can reasonably conclude that HSM is more concerned about his own fate than that of all the somalis
