I am well aware of that. At the other hand I am 100% Sure that all Mogadishu port and airport revenues goes to the Somalia ministry of finance. Local banadir government does not get that much.
So ask where the money is going
International community pays the MPs, army etc, the money goes back to hawiye

Why do you guys care where the money goes? On one hand you claim to be a different country and on the next you worry about money you have nothing to do with.

Whatever revenues they raise from banadir goes back to muqdisho...SFG dont invest or carry out developments in other parts of the country.

Sfg is not serious.
Just make sure you pay the soldiers.
If somaliland doesn't pay it's army 2months in a row
There will be isbarano and banks and stores will get looted immediately.
Just govern for gods sake
Stop stealing soldiers pay.
Then they will start working and stop selling their weapons to alshabaab.

Security and reconciliation are bound together
This area is controlled by warring clan militias so it's easy for an shabaab to take advantage of the situation once amisom leaves
Al shabaab can't enter miyigga hiiraan for lack of problems, many villages r free without even SNA presence others have SNA bases without amisom
No amisom in buq aqable, it's gaaljecel town but their SNA militia have recent clashed with jijeele militia who invaded buq goosaar after it was liberated from al shabaab...after three days of fighting, gaaljecel shabaabists have taken over the town! Of course al shabaab has clan tactics so they sided with gaaljecel
How can we avoid this mistake again? Needs reconciliation between the two clans who have different political agenda
The main point is to reach a true reconciliation
Something I cant believe is how the SNA in mogadishu can't conduct an operation in its districts without involving amisom!
How can this army replace amisom after a year if they can't manage mogadishu? f-king corrupt officials!

Warsheekh why should Bosaaso or Kismaayo contribute? The Mps are paid by UN sodo the cabinet ministries.
While the civil service is predominantly Abgaal and HG in Xamar regardless of what ministries they teach. But most of the money from xamar ports ends up in Xassan Sh pocket.

Can someone explain why the Somali folks in Jubooyinka and their AMMISON, AS massacres them and are easy prey, whereas the folks in Cadaado alone Massacre AS and AS becomes prey? why is that? is it because of bravery or the motive to defend their land. AS fail to take an inch of Cadaado folks land upwards of Xarardheere to advance north. i'm wondering why.

Because Jubooyinka has a lot of diff tribes and some of the tribes are using Amisom to get power... thats why the shaytan are still alive.... Cadaado is mostly own by one clan... also most of the ppl in mudug area are Sufis that's why its hard for the shaytan to go north of haradheere... btw unlike deep south ppl in mudug and galgaduud face each other and don't use outside help....

Nobody has at any time been serious about building an army in somalia or government and that includes anything post 2004. Trust me al shabab can be defeated in less than 2 hours. Even 500 armed men could make huge difference.
