Niger and Somalia lose a lot of kids to droughts /famine and other treatable disease . If every somali woman would give birth to 6 kids and kept them , we'd almost certainly double the 10 million pop every generation in gross terms , which is not the case.

Somali women and Somali men back home are very busy on the bed late at night when everybody is sleep and no noise could be heard. Basically, the more the married couple try, the closer they get to breaking the woman's egg.

On a serious note, Somalis in the diaspora need to employ family planning. This is a topic that needs to be discussed within the Somali community.
