The thing is Somalia Capital or political seats have no value for your average Landers. If you ask any lander which one you prefer Somaliand president from your clan or Somalia president from your clan? I am Sure most of them believes that having Somaliland presidency is more valuable and more Symbolic than taking Somalia government leadership. To be honest with you it does not make any sense to me if reer burco fills all Somalia federal government seats.
