That markab for sool and sanaag has ended up in kismayo bc faroole had relations with SL and they used to cooperate on khatumo so he sent his lander wife to there to stop "the political aid" reaching these regions

Aid came from the turkish crescent but i dont think faroole was targetting them as dhuloos bc he refused to recieve SFG officials when bari was suffering from tsunami disaster and the SFG allocated $1m for the region then the SFG refused to pay them without official visit

SFG are no body. If any one is helping us Djibouti and Ethiopia should come forward because our people are their people as well, Many of these draught affected people in Western Somaliland came from Shiniile, jigjiga zone and parts of Djibouti.

25 million ethiopians are on the verge of starvation,do you think they can provide anything ,accept what ever little you guys recieve.
