Being ciyaal Xamar doesn't mean you gotta be young. You are simply stating that you are from xamar. I don't see waxa adiga iyo hyper aad sheegeysaan in laga weynaado. Hyper is ciyaal Doha and you are ciyaal Djibouti if I am not mistaken

But what the guy said is that he is ciyaal Xamar meaning he grew up in xamar.
