If one person complains..you can say ignore it (i understand that). If 10 people complain about the same thing do you think you have a duty to act? I heard the degenerate got banned so it's not a rule set in stone.

prince, I explain. if we come for monitoring private messaging bussness, it could be abused. I rather have less power than temptation to have option to do so.
