Do you -deep down in your heart - believe that the convicted individuals had a fair trial and were not prejudged? Can you confirm, beyond any shadow of doubt that there was no foul play in their trail?

Let us not react like kids and name callings and discuss the issue at hand.

At the moment, I don't agree with the death penalty for the simple reason of killing one innocent person, one death is too many. However, if these people were in Somaliland by the invitation of the Somaliland government, don't they deserve the protection of the law? If they were convicted unfairly, can someone post it?

There is no such thing as beyond unreasonable doubt in legal system. OJ walked right?

The point is they had no business of being there in the first place. Most of them caught red handed by civilians immediately after they commited the crime.

You don't see Somalilanders going around the globe trying to damage your (Somalia) characters why these guys from Somalia proper as well as the Zone 5 in Ethiopia have the need to deliberately assassinate our existence. That is a lot of hate.

I believe in the death penalty if there is clear evidence that the accused is found guilty of the crime.

But here we have a clear case of a desperate country willing to sacrifice its citizens to gain international recognition. It's pathetic.
