Yes but what are they gonna do while they wait? If I have kids in this country, I think i'd present masturbation as an option. I'd def have 'the talk' with them. Let's be real, when young people wanna get married , i'm talking 16-18, it's because of their sexual urges.

No it is not too young for either gender.

It depends on your upbringing and how mature you are for a western person (which is where I am assuming you live). 18 is considered a responsible adult in most countries, especially back home in Somalia. In fact people would laugh at you if you were to say that an 18 year old is a child. In western countries, people are kept immature and brainwashed, hooked on trivial things and churned out by an education system with a sinister agenda.
