There were not many members in the first place. Now, thanks to the cookies, users with multiple usernames could only use one, and those posting from school have to wait 48 hours to post (by the time they come back, the cookies are gone). I am wondering what if someone has different browsers, like IE, Firefox, Opera, Netscape, etc- can he/she post from those browsers using different usernames? If it works, I am sure many have already figured that, and in that case, there are still users with multiple usernames posting at the same time.
