Its leaders don't want to participate in the political life in this era bc of the corruption as they have real political and social agendas for somalia. If you go now you will adopt the corruption mechanisms like dj instead of making reformations. You have better leaders bc of the good institutions and the governance so a new group can add a good stuff but if the money talks in there you cant change shyt. So they said let us stay out of this corrupt institutions till 2020
