I have land there as well, in fact my entire sub sub clan is the most numerous over there, kaliiil honestly doesnt even belong in middle maroodi jeex, it's an mostly cadaadley clan, I know for a fact the chief of Halaaye is Gashanbuur. But since I like hoobariska, I'll let you rep Isxaaq as well

it used to be an ciidagale deegaan originally and later the isxaaq increased their numbers so u guys are both right some how.

Doesn't really matter since neither of them utilized it. Both Haleeya and Aw Barkhadle are on a strategic location with road but
yet are villages. With that kind of opportunity those places should have been cities not even towns.

That's highly unlikely that Isaxaaq just randomly became the majority of haleeya. Generally speaking Isaxaaq is majority in the maroodi Jeex country side. There was a time as a kid I used to think ciidagele or the dawuud Garxajis community was the same size as habar yoonis, now a days I think ciidagale is more or less the same size as Isaxaaq both in country side, hawd and inside hargeysa
