How is the khat ban going in neighboring Somalia? I saw some Kenyan guy asking Uhuru to twist Somalia's arm by all measures and just this week Uhuru appointed a committee.

Theoretically boycotts can work.......however, a unified front is required for it to succeed.
The problem is that every Somali group see themselves as an island while everybody else see us as one.
