No it doesn't. Its warm and humid 24/7. I used to stay out late all the time, the weather is the same all night, even early morning it doesn't matter, warmth/humidity is constant, the only difference is sun light. I hated the weather like hell.

I was terribly skinny, I used to spend most of my money meant for food on other things.

They speak alot of english but their accent gets annoying after some time. Anyone thats heard that annoying commonly used word "Laa" knows what I am talking about.
Refugees are not necessarily welcomed with hugs and buffet but there are tonnes of North Sudanese and other muslim africans, you can think you are in Khartoum sometimes wallahi, ofcourse there are also Nigerians all over the place as usual. Ethnic malays are actually a minority, english speaking Chinese settlers own the place

Judging by the drivers who pick me up through Grab app, mostly speak terrible english with heavy accent. Only Malay people speak proper english DON'T bother speaking english to the Chinease and Hindi Malaysians ...

Don't forget Arabs in Bukit Bintang area. I hang out there and it's full of Yemenis and Lebanese
