I have an amazing family too. Thank Allah for my parents support or else I wouldn't have made it into Melbourne Uni which is considered the best university in Australia and internationally ranked. My siblings will also follow in my footsteps inshallah.

There is a very fine line between introspection/constructive criticism and self-hate. I think you've crossed that line.

Somalis came to the west in large numbers in the late 90's plus our community continues to be replenished with fresh arrivals each year. Most of us are first generation refugees. You're comparing us with people who came as immigrants in the 60's and 70's.

People like you are just as extreme and destructive as the unproductive losers who frequent this forum. You plant seeds of self-hate in our youth. You add no real value to our community.
